This is an outline of the position and is not a full job description.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the school’s accountability plan, financial goals and professional performance standards and conduct
Coordinate selection of instructional materials in conjunction with curriculum goals and objectives
Support teacher collaboration across grade levels and subject areas
Support teachers in setting and enforcing rigorous standards for student achievement that are in line with the goals of the school
Ensure the academic program meets or exceeds yearly student outcome goals as defined by the school and region and measured by NC Accountability measures
Inspire students, families, staff and community members to achieve the mission of CCA by supporting our academically rigorous, structured and vibrant school culture
As a supportive administrative team member, lead the staff in continuing a school community where people feel known, important, valued, respected, and accountable for their role in helping CCA meet the vision
Assist in planning of agenda for faculty meetings, School Improvement Team meetings, and local school professional development
Supervises the school discipline program
